This attorney will handle sophisticated commercial and consumer financial services litigation , representing businesses in federal court matters, arbitration, and class action litigation involving lending, consumer protection, privacy, fintech, and regulatory issues.
What You'll Bring
- 6-8 years of litigation experience as a licensed attorney
- Strong federal court litigation experience
- Commercial litigation background required
- Consumer financial services litigation experience is a plus
- DC Bar membership or ability to waive in
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and confidence managing matters independently
