Application EngineerDaily tasks by the Application Engineer include building the CI pipeline, and creation/updates to test automation framework for the key ITSM processes and API's interfacing with ServiceNow Platform. This includes working with tools such as Azure DevOps CI/CD Pipelines, ServiceNow, and Ansible. Working on ADO stories aligned to features, communication of new capabilities/process updates to customers to increase adoption. The Application Engineer focuses on implementing tools/processes to build a robust platform for use by all IT customer teams and guiding development and documenting standards for use by the organization.
