This is a hands-on, onsite role focused on building scalable, compliant business process solutions that integrate with enterprise data platforms and AWS-based services.
The ideal candidate brings deep Appian expertise, strong workflow automation skills, and prior experience supporting mortgage programs (Client/Freddie Mac exposure preferred).Responsibilities & QualificationsDesign, develop, and maintain Appian-based BPM applications supporting mortgage operationsTranslate business requirements into scalable Appian workflows, rules, and user interfacesBuild and optimize SAIL interfaces, process models, record types, expression rules, and integrationsDesign and implement end-to-end enterprise workflow and case management solutionsIntegrate Appian applications with enterprise databases, APIs, and cloud servicesCollaborate with business, technology, and data teams to deliver compliant solutionsSupport application enhancements, performance optimization, and documentationRequirements6+ years of hands-on Appian application development experienceDeep expertise with Appian platform components (SAIL, BPM, Records, Expressions)Strong SQL and data modeling experience with enterprise database integrationsHands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and secure integration patternsWorking knowledge of Java to support custom integrations or backend servicesExperience working in AWS cloud environmentsMortgage or financial services experience preferred (Freddie Mac exposure a plus)Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and GitStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
