Key Responsibilities

1. Service KPI Management

Own ORDD, CFR, and broader service KPI tracking for assigned scope, ensuring performance is visible, actionable, and aligned to customer and business priorities

Own customer forecast accuracy, including forecast value add and forecast bias, and track outcomes from weekly demand control review actions

Develop, maintain, and enhance service scorecards that provide clear visibility to trends, risks, and opportunities across customers, categories, and service metrics

Analyze service performance, identify key drivers, and lead corrective actions to closure with internal teams and external partners

2. Away From Home Power BI Developer

Create, enhance, and maintain Away From Home Power BI tools and dashboards within Customer Supply Chain

Build scalable reporting solutions with clear metrics and stakeholder-ready views that improve visibility to service performance drivers and streamline reporting for internal and external stakeholders

3. Customer Policy Governance

Own tracking and governance of customer fines, fees, and deductions, ensuring visibility to financial exposure, root-cause themes, and resolution status

Develop, maintain, and enhance governance scorecards to monitor fines, disputes, corrective action plans, and policy-related performance trends

Lead corrective action plans and dispute workflows, ensuring timely documentation, follow-up, and resolution tracking across internal teams and external partners

4. Continuous Improvement

Build, own, and scale Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) to improve forecast alignment, cross-functional collaboration, and execution consistency for an AFH Customer

Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methods to reduce supply loss, stockouts, and service disruptions

5. Process Documentation and Knowledge Transfer

Document processes, standard work, and reporting routines to enable repeatable execution and effective knowledge transfer

Coach and support junior analysts to scale consistent performance routines, reporting discipline, and analytical capability.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations, with a focus on service management, analytics, CPFR, and cross-functional execution

Proven track record of driving service excellence, strengthening performance visibility, and improving customer supply chain execution

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners

Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and tools

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data analysis and visualization tools, including Power BI

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field

Experience with foodservice distribution companies

Familiarity with food industry trends and challenges

APICS, CPFR, or related certification

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$89,800.00 - $112,200.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
