Job Summary:Orgill, Inc. is seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to lead enterprise reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives across the organization. This role will leverage data from multiple enterprise systems, including Salesforce and ERP platforms, to deliver actionable insights, executive dashboards, and scalable reporting solutions that drive business performance.The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in Tableau, Salesforce reporting, SQL, and data visualization with the ability to influence business decisions through analytics and storytelling.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs using Tableau and other BI toolsLead advanced analytics initiatives utilizing Salesforce, ERP, operational, and financial data sourcesBuild and optimize Tableau dashboards and Salesforce reporting solutions to support Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Executive LeadershipPartner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutionsDevelop complex SQL queries, data models, and automated reporting processesAnalyze business trends, sales performance, customer behavior, and operational metrics to identify opportunities and risksSupport Salesforce reporting enhancements, dashboard optimization, and CRM analytics initiativesEnsure data integrity, governance, and consistency across reporting platformsPresent strategic insights and recommendations to leadership teams in a clear and actionable formatMentor junior analysts and promote BI best practices across the organizationCollaborate with IT, Data Engineering, and business leaders on enterprise analytics strategy and modernization effortsQualifications Required:Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, or related field5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Reporting rolesAdvanced SQL skills and experience working with large enterprise datasetsStrong hands-on experience with Tableau dashboard development and data visualizationExperience developing reports and analytics within Salesforce environmentsStrong understanding of CRM reporting, sales analytics, KPI development, and executive dashboardsAbility to communicate complex analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiencesExperience with data modeling, reporting automation, and BI best practicesPreferred:Tableau certification or advanced Tableau development experienceExperience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud reporting and analyticsExperience with Power BI, Snowflake, Azure, Python, or cloud-based analytics platformsBackground in distribution, retail, logistics, or large corporate environmentsFamiliarity with ERP systems and enterprise data structuresJob SummaryRequisition Number: SRANA Job Category: TechnologySchedule: Full-Time
