Under the direction of the Municipal Court Administrative Services Manager, the Sr.
Administrative Assistant will act as a liaison between the assigned division/department, customers, and outside agencies, and provide specialized and complex administrative support to leadership. This includes coordinating major administrative functions, managing department programming, tracking financial activities, and ensuring smooth communication across departments and external partners.The Sr. Administrative Assistant will serve as the department's primary Travel Coordinator, processing all travel and training requests. The position will also manage all City badge ID requests, oversee department program coordination such as Court Week, the City's Annual Heart Walk, and the True Worth Shelter Drive, and record Executive Leadership meeting minutes. Additionally, this role will ensure vendor invoices are processed and paid in accordance with financial guidelines while holding the department voucher role.
