Senior Accounts Payable AccountantWe are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Accountant to join our team. This role is responsible for managing high-volume invoice processing, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting corporate, property management, and construction operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and proficient in Yardi Voyager/Elevate.Essential Duties:Manage the AP inbox and respond to vendor inquiries, invoice submissions, and statements.Reconcile outstanding invoices and resolve payment discrepanciesReview and audit pre-coded batches for accuracyProcess invoices through Payscan and route them for approval workflows.Ensure timely payment of recurring expenses, mortgage payables and other obligations.Process intercompany allocations and expense reimbursementsSet up and maintain vendor records, including insurance compliance, W-9 forms and contractor licenses.Generate and distribute weekly reports including Aging, Funding, and Expired Insurance.Maintain construction preliminary sheets and related documentation.Enter and reconcile construction contracts, change orders, and payment applications (payapps)Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.4–5 years of accounts payable experience preferred.Experience with property management operations is a plus.Proficiency in Yardi Voyager/Elevate and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Core Competencies:Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.High level of accuracy, initiative, and attention to detail.Benefits:401(k) with company matchMedical, Dental, and Vision insuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA)Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Life insuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Paid vacation and sick timeEqual Opportunity Employer
