This individual will have a hand in several critical accounting functions, collaborating with Finance Management. To ensure success as an Accounting Associate the ideal candidate will be a passionate team player that can effectively manage multiple tasks. This position will launch a solid career growth path for the right person in a fast paced, exciting entrepreneurial environment.Participate in and supervise quarterly royalty processes and reconciliationsInterpret licensing contracts for royalty processing and auditsCorrespond with licensors regarding royalty reporting and paymentsParticipate in and supervise quarterly commission processes and reconciliationsReview audit reports to identify issues with ERP system data to ensure data integrityProvide supplemental support to financial accounting teams when neededReview transactional data for accuracy and consistencyAssist in licensor royalty auditsAssist in financial audits of the group as well as individual subsidiariesAssist in preparation of cash flow estimatesProfit analysis of local manufacturing operationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience3-5 years related accounting / finance experience preferredStrong attention to detail and organization skillsPassion for problem solving and business process improvementStrong work ethic, high level of motivation, willingness to learn quicklyExcellent systems, technology, and analytical skillsAbility to demonstrate competent self-reliance and resourcefulnessAbility to multi-task while delivering accurate resultsAdvanced Excel skills required; Proficiency in all other Microsoft Office programs: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams;Experience with ERP systems, databasesAbility to interact professionally and effectively with all levels of the organizationFluency in English (both written and verbal)
