To apply to this hybrid role please send your resume to your sweater weather season with a role that pays more, and respects your work-life balance.Job Description:The Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting will support the preparation of monthly internal management reporting as well as quarterly and annual financial reporting, including but not limited to, filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statement, etc.), standalone audit reports, and census reporting. A successful candidate for this role will have strong U.S.

GAAP knowledge, verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills, and organizational skills with the ability to follow projects through to completion with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.Responsibilities:Prepare consolidated balance sheet, income statement, statement of cash flows, and footnotes in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirementsAssist with internal reporting activities, including preparation of the monthly CFO reporting package and related analysisReview financial and other information submitted by divisions for financial reportingReview debt covenant calculationsDevelop process improvements and increase efficiencies in the Company’s consolidation and reporting proceduresSupport the preparation and review of quarterly earnings releases and related materialsPrepare standalone entity financial statements and footnotesPerform review of XBRL tagging to ensure reporting requirements are metPrepare support to be provided to external auditorsParticipate in special projects and accounting research as neededDemonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values
