You will help shape the finance function of a growing business — building processes, improving accuracy, and working closely with operations.
Experience with Epicor Eclipse is a strong plus.What You'll DoOwn day-to-day accounting: accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledgerUse Epicor Eclipse to process transactions, run reports, and maintain data integrityProcess invoices timely and accuratelyEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local tax obligationsReconcile inventory and cost of goods sold with the operations teamIdentify inefficiencies and recommend process improvementsAssist with audits and provide supporting documentation as neededRequirements What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field2+ years of accounting experience in distribution, wholesale, or a similar industryEpicor Eclipse experience strongly preferred — GL, AP/AR, and reporting modulesSolid Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modelingStrong working knowledge of GAAPComfortable in a small-team environment where flexibility and initiative matterSelf-directed and reliable; able to manage deadlines independently on remote daysNice to HaveAbility to work on site 4-5 days a weekExperience with inventory costing methods (FIFO, LIFO, weighted average) in Epicor EclipseMulti-state sales tax compliance experienceExperience drafting accounting SOPs
