Senior Accountant (Hybrid)Are you a detail-oriented Senior Accountant with a strong background in Accounts Receivable and a passion for working in a collaborative, fast-growing environment? Our client, a dynamic and rapidly expanding company, is looking to add a key member to their accounting team.This is a hybrid role offering flexibility, growth opportunities, and a positive, team-oriented culture.What You'll Do:Accounts Receivable & Cash ManagementManage end-to-end A/R processes including invoicing, payment application, and collectionsPost daily cash receipts across multiple bank accounts and currenciesReconcile A/R balances to ensure accuracy and completenessProactively follow up on overdue accounts and resolve payment discrepanciesInvestigate billing issues and partner with internal teams and customers to resolve themRespond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account statementsReporting & AnalysisPrepare and review A/R aging reports to track collections performanceAssist with monthly revenue and receivables reconciliationsPrepare Budget vs. Actual reportsSupport ad hoc reporting and analysis for leadershipMonth-End & AuditParticipate in interim and year-end audits by providing required documentationPerform month-end close tasks including A/R reconciliations and account analysisOwn and reconcile balance sheet accountsWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field requiredStrong Accounts Receivable experience is a must3+ years of accounting experience (Senior-level preferred)Solid understanding of reconciliations and month-end closeExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environmentWhy Join:Hybrid work flexibilitySupportive, fun, and collaborative cultureOpportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding companyCompetitive compensation and benefitsIf you're ready to take the next step in your accounting career with a company that values both performance and culture, we'd love to hear from you.
