Talentry is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join their team. This role involves managing various accounting tasks to ensure the company's financial health and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Record Maintenance: Prepare andmaintain accurate financial records and business transactions inaccordance with GAAP.
• Daily Accounting Functions: Execute journalentries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
• Month-End and Year-End Closing: Assist withclosing processes, including preparation of financial statements andsupporting schedules.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depthfinancial analysis to support decision-making and provide insights forstrategic planning.
• Tax Compliance: Prepare and file federal,state, and local tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable lawsand regulations.
• Audit Support: Coordinate with externalauditors and tax advisors, and assist in the annual audit process.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to thedevelopment and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, andsystems to enhance efficiency.
• Reporting: Generate timely and accuratefinancial reports for management, stakeholders, and regulatoryauthorities.

Requirements
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or arelated field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financialreporting principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Officeapplications and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, communication, andproblem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborativelyin a fast-paced environment.
