SQL Developer PositionSeeking a highly experienced SQL Developer to support our client in Greenville, SC.Requirements:The Contractor will have a deep understanding of SQL programming, relational database design, and performance tuning, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver scalable and reliable data solutions.Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and viewsOptimize existing queries and database structures for improved performance and scalabilityCollaborate with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutionsPerform data modeling, schema design, and documentation for new and existing projectsEnsure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standardsTrouble-shoot database-related issues, including performance bottlenecks and query optimizationSupport ETL processes and contribute to data integration initiativesStay current with emerging database technologies and industry best practicesQualifications:Minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience designing, developing, and optimizing complex database solutionsSkilled with building systems to system and systems to SQL integrations using the Microsoft technology stack: SSIS,.NET for custom API integrations, Azure Data Factory, etc.Working knowledge of data modeling and architecture with Microsoft SQL or DataverseBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Preferred:Minimum eight (8) years of professional experience as a SQL Developer or Database DeveloperExperience with object-oriented programming including C#Advanced proficiency in SQLStrong background in relational database management systemsProven expertise in query optimization and database performance tuningExperience with ETL processes, data warehousing, and reporting toolsSolid understanding of data modeling concepts and best practicesFamiliarity with version control systemsExcellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business termsNOTE: US Citizenship is required to perform this contract.Additional Information:OUTSOURCE Consulting Services, Inc.
