Overview
Aspect Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced SQL DBA Consultant to join our team. This is a hands-on consulting role that requires both technical expertise and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
What You’ll Do
- Provide hands-on SQL Server database administration, support, and optimization.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks, complete deliverables, and proactively identify additional opportunities to improve systems and processes.
- Participate in on-call responsibilities.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong SQL Server DBA experience in consulting or client-facing roles.
- Azure certifications (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire).
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to "dig in" to deliver results.
- Ability to thrive in a consulting environment by being proactive and resourceful.
