Win team to Successfactor. Could be exchanged for any large-scale data migration. Heavy duty SQL Stored Procedures, converting ETL form one database to another. Clean queries. Creating Views, maybe some triggers.
Python. Business analyst skills – can work with technical resources. Must be able to pull requirements form a customer. The data isn't overly complex – mostly people data. SSIS.
