Key qualifications:
- Current Illinois license as a registered professional engineer
- Four years of progressively responsible administrative experience in environmental water pollution control permitting
- Four years of experience reviewing, preparing or approving NPDES permits or permit applications
- Four years of supervisory experience managing professional staff in an office setting
- Four years of experience implementing state and federal laws and regulations related to water pollution control facilities
- Four years of experience communicating with stakeholders and public interest groups regarding water pollution regulations
