Sprinkler Design ManagerFire Fighter Sales and Svcs Co - Warrendale, PA 15086OverviewPosition Type: Full Time Job Shift: Day Education Level: 4 Year Degree Travel Percentage: Up to 25% Category: EngineeringDescriptionJob Summary: The Sprinkler Design Manager will oversee the sprinkler designers and plan the design workload with the Sales Team and the Project Management Team to make sure that the design department is on time with preparing field install drawings and fabrication lists. This person will also need to assist the design team with answering questions they may have regarding codes and design strategies. This person will also help the design effort by preparing fire sprinkler drawings and calculations, producing accurate and effective construction plans for approval.
Upon completion of drawings and receipt of all required approvals, prepare an accurate stock listing of all materials required for the project and requisition same.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The following list is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employees in this classification.
