Sustaining a leadership position requires us to build a team of highly talented, dedicated, and driven individuals.Job Accountabilities:Ensures all safety equipment, guards, and devices are in place at all times, and follows safe work procedures and safety rules.Performs label design changeover & conveyor cleanouts without creating mixed label issues.Locates and diagnosis trouble in production or equipment and corrects to proper specifications.Uses a variety of mechanical tools including measuring and testing instruments throughout process and quality checks.Clear lines of jammed products in conveyor lines and various other equipment operations via ladders and catwalks.Analyze spoilage for cause and take corrective action where possible.
