In this entry-level role, you'll assist with the preparation and application of high-quality spray-in bedliners for new and pre-owned Ford and Ram trucks.This is a hands-on opportunity with long-term potential — perfect for someone interested in the automotive trade who takes pride in quality work and wants to grow within a professional dealership setting.Key Responsibilities:Clean, sand, and mask truck beds to prepare for spray-in liner applicationAssist experienced technicians during spray applicationEnsure proper material handling and protection of vehicle surfacesMaintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety protocolsLearn dealership standards for spray-in bedliners, including thickness, texture, and quality expectationsSupport vehicle accessory installations as needed (e.g., tonneau covers, steps, etc.)Communicate effectively with technicians, service advisors, and managementFollow OEM quality and warranty guidelines for Ford and Ram accessoriesQualifications:No prior bedliner experience required — training providedPrior experience in detailing, paint prep, body shop work, or general automotive service is a plusMust be comfortable using power tools, hand tools, and spray equipment (training available)Strong attention to detail and work ethicAbility to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periodsValid driver's license and clean driving record requiredProfessional appearance, punctuality, and teamwork requiredWillingness to learn and grow within a dealership environment
