Spray Dry OperatorAs a Spray Dry Operator, you will produce spray-dried products in accordance with customer needs, GMP regulations, and Bell's guidelines. You'll work safely, ensure coworker safety, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance.Your daily responsibilities will be:Prepare emulsions and operate spray dryers, scrubbers, and siftersObtain raw materials using a forklift and follow batch cardsFill, label, and palletize containersClean and maintain equipment, including lockout and disassembly proceduresMaintain sanitary compliance in the work areaKeep accurate production recordsPerform kosherization as neededAdhere to GMP, HACCP, Allergen, SSOP, Kosher, and other guidelinesServe as backup for other trained Spray Dry OperatorsOther duties as required by the manager.Why join us?Salary range $26 - $28 per hour plus a premium $1Benefit package for the regular full-time employeesGrowth opportunityIf you are a dedicated and reliable individual with a passion for manufacturing and flavor innovation, we encourage you to apply for the Reaction Operator position.Bell Flavors & Fragrances develops products for the food, beverage, cosmetic, personal care and household care companies throughout the world.
