Packaging Corporation of America is seeking a Spotter to support our Transportation & Logistics team in the packaging industry. The Spotter safely moves trailers and containers in and out of docks and yard positions to keep shipping and receiving operations running smoothly. This role coordinates closely with drivers, warehouse, and production to ensure on-time staging, accurate trailer placement, and efficient yard flow.
The Spotter also performs basic equipment checks, follows strict safety and DOT guidelines, and maintains clear, accurate yard records in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
