Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Round Rock, TX to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will supervise team performance, implement training, scheduling, and merchandising standards, and maintain a fun, inclusive workplace while upholding Lids policies.

This role reports to the Store Manager and requires strong communication, organization, and hands-on leadership.
