In this role, you will perform comprehensive nutrition assessments, develop individualized performance-focused meal plans, and coordinate care with physicians, physical therapists, and other clinicians.
Responsibilities include educating patients, teams, and families on fueling, hydration, and recovery; monitoring outcomes and adjusting plans; documenting in the EMR; and contributing to wellness and community outreach programs.
