In this role, you'll oversee the coordination of sports events, ensuring seamless logistics and creating memorable experiences for participants. Responsibilities:
-Plan and organize sports event logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and related services
-Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable sports destinations, event formats, dates, and costs
-Provide essential information, event details, and promotional materials to participants
-Handle event bookings, hotel reservations, and manage payment processes
-Utilize promotional techniques to market and sell sports event packages
-Address and resolve issues, complaints, or refund requests promptly
-Stay updated on sports tourism trends by attending relevant seminars
-Network with sports tour operators to enhance collaboration opportunities
Skills:
-Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
-Strong sales skills and a keen commercial understanding
