Role Description
This is a remote, 1099 independent contractor role for a Sports & Entertainment Experience Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking bespoke travel experiences centered around music and sports events. Key responsibilities include providing expert recommendations, coordinating schedules, managing client communications, and leveraging industry connections to secure premium events and travel arrangements. This role emphasizes personalized service, market knowledge, and relationship building within the entertainment and travel sectors.
Qualifications
Strong understanding and familiarity with the Media & Entertainment industry
Knowledge of the Entertainment Industry and a passion for music, sports, and events
Experience in Sales and client relationship management
Proficiency in Event Planning, including organizing itineraries and managing travel logistics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
Experience in travel coordination, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, including availability during weekends or peak event times
