UCLA Health Marketing Partnerships Team Sponsorship And Community Project ManagerWe're looking for a passionate and organized Sponsorship and Community Project Manager to be part of our UCLA Health Marketing Partnerships team. In this role, you will:Oversee a broad range of project management functions for the UCLA Health Marketing Partnerships teamManage the full cycle of project plans with strong organizational and time management skillsCreate and manage a high volume of diverse projects, tracking progress and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholdersLead coordination of the Health System's sponsorship committee, ensuring all sponsorship requests, deliverables, and projects are completed accurately and on timeSupport event planning and operations for corporate and community partnership events at both enterprise and market levelsHandle procurement of event materials, volunteer communication and management, vendor relationships, and event attendanceTrack and report event data and other relevant metricsAssist with regional community outreach and market development efforts to increase brand, clinic, and enterprise awarenessBuild and maintain strategic internal and external partnerships to support outreach and marketing goalsSalary Range: $95,400 - $208,300/annuallyWe are seeking a detail-oriented, interpersonal individual with:5 or more years of project management experience in marketing and/or healthcare, requiredProject Management Certification (PMP), highly desiredAdvanced expertise in project management principles, methodologies and best practicesProficiency with leading project management tools and software, such as Workfront and AsanaExceptional ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and assess their relevanceStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex challenges effectivelyFlexibility and willingness to work off-site events, including evenings and weekends as neededAbility to travel to partnership events and represent the organization professionallyProven capability in conceptualizing and planning projects across diverse scopes and scalesStrong public speaking and professional and professional writing skills to effectively convey ideas and updatesExcellent time management skills with a keen focus on meeting deadlines and delivering resultsExperience in tracking project progress and communicating outcomes clearly to both internal teams and external stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects with varying levels of complexitySolid understanding of how individual projects align with and support broader departmental and organizational objectivesEvent planning experience is highly desirable
