Providing grant management and administrative support, the full-time Sponsored Projects Officer will work remotely to assist Principal Investigators with research grants and sub-awards, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations while serving as the primary contact for sponsors and sub-recipients. Key responsibilities Manage grant applications and provide fiscal support to Principal Investigators for research projects Review, negotiate, and monitor research awards and sub-recipient agreements to ensure compliance with policies and regulations Act as the main liaison between the research institute, sponsors, and sub-recipients for all administrative requirements related to grants Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Healthcare, or a related field For Sponsored Projects Officer II: Minimum of two years of pre-award experience in grants and contracts For Sponsored Projects Officer I: Minimum of one year of contracting or administrative experience preferred Experience with pre- and post-award activities for research grants and contracts is preferred
