Our success begins with our ability to apply our relationships, leverage technologies, and identify talent - often in combination - to an endless array of real-world customer needsJob DescriptionTitle: Splunk Tech LeadLocation: Phoenix, AZType: Fulltime// PermanentCompensation: Base Salary + BenefitsInterview Process: Phone and Skype HireDescription:•    Standardize Splunk forwarder deployment, configuration and maintenance across a variety of UNIX and Windows platforms•    Apply hot fixes/upgrade; •    Running and/or scheduling new Jobs; •    Monitor license usage Investigate new usage pattern Configure new data inputs/sources Generate reports on usage Health •    Check for indexers and forwarders Review/Update/Perform Backup procedures/testing. •    Troubleshoot Splunk server and forwarder problems and issues •    Monitoring System Resources.

•    Design core scripts to automate Splunk maintenance and alerting tasks•    Experience in Python, Unix Shell scripting and use of regular expression is a plus •    Good working knowledge on Networking/Routing concepts, Checkpoint firewalls and F5 load balancers. •    Detail oriented and experienced working in a production environment using Change Control practices. •    Assist internal users of Splunk in designing and maintaining production-quality dashboards•    Mentor and train Splunk users and administrators•    Ability to work independently, follow project plans and meet expected timelines.
