Splunk Engineering ManagerBrown Brothers Harriman is looking for a driven Splunk Engineering Manager to serve as the Technical Lead and senior technical authority for our centralized logging and observability platform. In this role, you will design, optimize, and manage our Splunk infrastructure to deliver top-tier performance, security, and visibility. You will own our automation roadmap—expanding infrastructure monitoring, scripting operational recovery, and driving efficiency across the organization.Role & Responsibilities:Lead the global team executing the automation efforts in support of our application production support activitiesManage the vision and strategy to execute a program of automation initiativesDrive the expansion of automation capabilities, including performance monitoring and preventive monitoringCollaborate with technology leaders across the organization to ensure adoption of standardsProvide leadership and guidance on best practicesMentor and guide and develop staff. The anticipated base salary range(s) shown above are only for the indicated location(s) and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations.
