Splunk Cloud Administrator

Supporting IT and cybersecurity operations for the CDC, the full-time Splunk Cloud Administrator will design, implement, and manage Splunk Enterprise environments while working remotely. Key responsibilities Write and optimize advanced SPL queries for monitoring, reporting, and troubleshooting Manage data ingestion, indexing, and forwarding from various sources to support internal teams and customers Create dashboards, visualizations, reports, and alerts for technical and business users Required qualifications Expertise in Splunk Cloud/Enterprise administration for large-scale environments, including strong SPL and Splunk architecture skills Knowledge of cybersecurity tools, databases, and frameworks such as FISMA and Zero Trust Familiarity with ServiceNow, Archer, and Jira Splunk Cloud Certified Admin Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
