The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at our Wichita, KS, locationQualificationsBasic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):Bachelor's degree in engineering or related 4-year technical degree10+ years of experience with one or more of the following within the Manufacturing Operations function (e.g., Shop Floor Manufacturing Operations, Production/Manufacturing Engineering, Integration & Test Engineering, or Industrial Engineering)10+ years of experience leading various problem-solving methods (i.e.

Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys, or other assessment, audit and investigative models)5+ years of related management, supervisory, and/or leadership experienceAbility to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance and Special Program Access (for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship)Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Master's degree in engineering or a related fieldActive U.S.
