Spine Neurosurgery APP/NP – Outpatient Care (Wake County)

Duke Health’s Spine Team in Raleigh/Durham seeks an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver direct spine patient care in collaboration with supervising physicians. Outpatient focus with potential inpatient duties, shared call coverage optional, and an emphasis on continuity of care.

Primary hours are Monday through Friday 7:30am–4:30pm with flexible scheduling to meet patient needs; weekends/holidays not required unless needed for patient care. Strong team-based care preferred.
