Bioventus is seeking a Regional Manager to lead indirect distributor sales for the spine/biologic portfolio in the MidAtlantic region (BWI area, covering MD, DC, VA). You will recruit, train and manage distributors and hospital accounts, and collaborate with the direct sales team to drive opportunities and meet sales goals.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years in medical devices with spine distribution leadership, strong presentation/negotiation skills, and willingness to travel within the region.
