We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for a full-time, in-person school-based position in Pasadena, TX. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive school environment while being backed by a therapist-led company.

Position Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students
- Conduct evaluations and write detailed reports
- Develop and implement IEP goals
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in ARD/IEP meetings
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Texas SLP license
- ASHA CCCs required
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
