Responsibilities:

• Provide speech therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting, including assessments, treatment planning, and therapy implementation
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient-specific needs and goals
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and physical therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment plans
• Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements:

• Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Valid license to practice speech therapy in the state of Pennsylvania
• Experience with a diverse patient population
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
