Interim HealthCare is seeking a compassionate Speech Therapist to deliver in-home speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapy. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions that support improved communication and safety at home. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll educate patients and families, document progress, and adjust care plans to meet changing needs.
