Speech Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist - SLP - Per Diem

Overview

Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP, CCC) position available in our sub‑acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Lenox, MA. The facility boasts a supportive rehab director and team. Once hired as part of the PTS team, you may join additional local PRN rosters as desired. Must have CCC certification and skilled‑nursing‑facility experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub‑acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Collaborate with other rehabilitation therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely using electronic documentation systems.
• Maintain current Speech Language Pathologist license or eligibility to practice in the state of employment.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and electronic documentation tools.
• Be flexible with work hours and accommodate the needs of the facility.

Qualifications

• Current or eligible Speech Language Pathologist license (ST/SLP/CFY) in the state of employment.
• Certified Clinical Coordinator (CCC) certification.
• Skilled‑nursing‑facility (SNF) experience.
• Proficiency with computer applications and electronic documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, timeliness, and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and shifts.

Good Faith Rate Range: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour.
