We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services across an interdisciplinary care environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve communication and swallowing function
- Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Supervise support staff and assistants as appropriate
- Assist in tracking and reporting patient outcomes
What You’ll Bring:
- Master’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of practice required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- ASHA certification preferred
- 2 years of SLP experience preferred
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills
