Responsibilities
Assess and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders for pediatric and adult patients in inpatient and outpatient settings. Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, provide patient and family education, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support holistic healing.
Qualifications & Skills
Compassionate caregiver with strong interpersonal skills, ability to assess and treat diverse communication and swallowing disorders, and experience working with both pediatric and adult populations. Knowledge of evidence-based practices and effective communication with patients and families is essential.
