We are seeking a Speech Pathologist to join Encompass Health, the nation’s largest rehabilitation company. The role involves delivering personalized speech and language therapy, working with patients near their homes, and collaborating with a caring team.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
- Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary.
- Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
- Celebrate patient victories along the way.
Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
- A master’s degree preferred, or a bachelor’s degree with field experience.
