Your role involves evaluating, assessing, developing, and implementing personalized treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and celebrating their victories. You will identify issues, modify therapy as needed, and document outcomes to ensure optimal care.
Qualifications include current licensure or certification as per state regulations, successful completion of the CCC certification, and CPR certification (obtained within 30 days of hire). A Master’s degree is preferred, or a Bachelor's degree with relevant field experience.
