Speech Pathologist - Full-time

Role

Provides clinical services for evaluating and treating communication disorders, including speech, language, cognition, swallowing, voice, oral-motor functions, and auditory screenings.

Responsibilities

Conducts assessments, develops and implements individual and group treatment plans, provides education and training, and collaborates with physicians and healthcare professionals. Serves as a technical expert, mentors staff, and models best practices.

Qualifications

Master's Degree or equivalent, state licensure as a Speech Pathologist, and BLS certification. Preferred qualifications include three years of technical experience and ASHA Certification (CCC).

Key Duties

Completes accurate clinical documentation, performs evaluations, establishes individualized treatment and discharge plans, and ensures coordination of care. Maintains professional standards and participates in departmental activities.

Skills

Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, communication, and mentorship skills are essential. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team is required.
