Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic SLP CFY candidates to join our school-based therapy team. Under the direct supervision of experienced licensed SLPs , you will assess, diagnose, and implement therapy plans for students while receiving ongoing mentorship, support, and professional guidance to successfully complete your Clinical Fellowship Year.

Key Responsibilities

n
• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments with CFY supervision.
n
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals under guidance.
n
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
n
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student success.
n
• Document student progress accurately under supervision.
n
• Participate in IEP meetings while receiving mentorship on professional best practices.
n
• Regularly meet with your supervising SLP for feedback, case discussions, and professional development.
n

Qualifications

n
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
n
• Eligible for SLP licensure in the state of practice (or ability to obtain before start date).
n
• ASHA CFY candidates welcome.
n
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
n
• Passion for working with children and helping them achieve their fullest potential.
