Evaluation: Based on local district policy and Arkansas Department of Education guidelines, performed by the building-level principal.

Qualifications
- Licensure
- Standard teaching license in the appropriate area, grade, or content area
- Accepted into an Alternative Licensure Program through DESE
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with others in grade level, school, and District teams
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree preferred.
