Pay 20-25 per visit plus travel.
What You’ll Do
- Provide one-on-one speech therapy services
- Incorporate play-based, functional, and engaging interventions into therapy sessions.
- Communicate regularly with caregivers and members of the child’s care team.
- Maintain detailed and compliant documentation aligned with payer and CDSA requirements, when applicable.
- Coordinate scheduling and maintain continuity of care with families and the All About Therapy administrative team.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active North Carolina Speech‑Language Pathology assistant license.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience with kids.
- Ability to deliver therapy services effectively in a child’s natural environment.
- Strong time management, organization, and independent clinical decision‑making skills.
- Clear, professional communication with families and care teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- One (1) or more years of experience in early intervention, home-based, or community‑based pediatric settings.
- Experience working with diverse diagnoses, including autism spectrum disorder and developmental delays.
- Familiarity with CDSA service delivery and documentation requirements.
- Comfort with electronic documentation and mobile scheduling workflows.
