Speech Pathologist

Responsibilities Include

• Evaluating, assessing, and developing personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language challenges.
• Modifying therapy approaches as needed based on patient progress.
• Tracking, documenting, and analyzing patient performance and response to treatment.
• Supporting and celebrating patient victories throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Speech Pathologist Role Overview

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as per state regulations.
• Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree with relevant field experience acceptable.
