Position Type: 64 Hours Biweekly
Salary Range: $37.60 - $49.52 per hour
Sign-on bonus: $10,000 with a two‑year work commitment
Job Summary
The Speech Pathologist will provide quality Speech Therapy services to LRH patients and contracting partners according to the state of Minnesota rules and regulations. We are a hospital‑based speech therapy program servicing both inpatient and outpatients with a wide range of diagnoses including communication, swallowing, feeding, and cognitive linguistic disorders. Populations served include pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric age groups.
Hours and Shifts
64 Hours biweekly, day shifts.
Compensation
Hourly wage range: $37.60 - $49.52. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.

Qualifications
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Speech‑Therapy and hold a valid Minnesota license; alternatively, a Clinical Fellowship Year applicant will be considered. ASHA competence preferred.
Current Healthcare Provider level CPR certification upon hire or must be obtained within six months.
Successful completion of the pre‑employment health screening process required.
Basic computer skills.
