The Encore at Boca Raton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center seeks a compassionate Speech Language Therapist to provide evaluation and treatment services to adults in a skilled nursing and rehab setting.
Responsibilities include assessing speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders; developing individualized treatment plans; delivering evidence-based therapy; and documenting progress in compliance with regulatory standards. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate residents and families, and help promote functional communication, safety, and quality of life in a resident-centered, supportive environment focused on continual clinical improvement.
