The Encore at Boca Raton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center seeks a Speech Language Therapist to provide evaluation and treatment for adults in a skilled nursing and rehab setting. You will assess speech, language, cognition, and swallowing, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to support recovery, safety, and quality of life. Collaborating closely with nursing, PT/OT, physicians, and families, you will document progress, participate in care planning, and help educate residents and caregivers.
