✨ About the Role
HiredFirst is seeking an experienced and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a respected Skilled Nursing Facility in San Francisco, CA .
You’ll work alongside an interdisciplinary therapy team providing speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy to adult and geriatric patients in a supportive post-acute environment.
This position is ideal for a clinician who values teamwork, professional growth, and meaningful patient outcomes.
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Implement therapy programs focused on restoring and maintaining communication and swallowing function
- Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians for coordinated care
- Document treatments and progress in EMR per facility and state guidelines
- Educate patients, families, and staff on communication and swallowing strategies
Current BLS Certification (AHA-approved)
SNF or post-acute rehab experience preferred (CFY or new grads welcome)
Excellent communication and clinical documentation skills
$45–$50/hour (DOE)
Weekly direct deposit
